I am a former world bodybuilding champion turned corporate professional that decided to follow my passion and return to my roots. I have a lifetime of personal wellness practice – hiking, running, weight training, yoga, water exercise, dance, healthy eating, visualization, journaling, gratitude and meditation – and a desire to help others develop their wellness.
I am a Certified Health & Wellness Coach and my training is through Wellcoaches, a program that is widely acknowledged to be the gold standard in Wellness Coaching. I have a B.A. in psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington and studied Kinesiology at Texas Christian University, working toward a masters.
